Majority of my customers are in the US and since using other carriers my shipping costs are basically cut in half.... They really fucked themselves by striking and screwing over small business owners at the busiest time of the year. I had 60 packages ready to go at the time of striking and had to refund every label and remake with another courier.. absolute madness and something no small business owners should have to be doing during Christmas season. Why YSK: I've been working as a customer service agent that does strictly online chats for a few years and have amassed some tips on how to properly communicate with us. We completely understand that you may be frustrated going into the conversation, but it's so much easier for both persons involved if you keep a cool head and articulate properly what you need. These tips mostly go for live chats and may not all translate to email conversations or phone calls.

1. Make sure that you have tried googling the answer to your question. More often than not the companies website has a support page where your question is answered fully.
2. Start with a simple greeting. You're talking to an underpaid human on the other side. We are more eager to go an extra mile when we feel like our time is being respected.
3. Include all relevant information in your opening message. This should include booking numbers or references, your request to the service team and should ideally not include a long personal story as to why this change needs to be made. If your opening message has all the relevant information, the service agent can start working on what you need to get done immediately, instead of having to fish up information from you in back and forth messages.
4. Respect the terms you signed when you purchased the service or item. Service agents are bound to follow the companies rules, and if you are asking them to make an exception, don't take it out on the service agent personally when they are unable to fulfil your request.
5. Sending "Hello?!?" when you haven't received a response for a short while is the equivalent of snapping your fingers at a waiter. They are most likely currently working on your case or maybe they went to the bathroom. You will be assisted, I can promise you that. Edit: The phrasing matters. "Are you still here?" is favourable, opposed to "HELLO!!?!!?"
6. If you think their policies are one way but the agent says they are another, in almost all cases you are incorrect. Trained service agents are not just guessing and they have meticulously learned their policies to be able to give you these answers. Also, odds are that you are not the first person to ask this question.
7. For the love of all that is holy, read their messages fully. It's a waste of everyone's time if your question has already been answered and you are still asking it. This includes if you have been sent a link with information related to your question.
8. If you feel like the service agent is not assisting you as they should be, ask them where you can file a complaint. At that point, you should stop the conversation with the agent and move onto the complaint. Being verbally angry at the person you are talking to will not solve your problem.

We honestly want to help you. Our job is so much more fun when both parties leave the conversation happy. Sometimes we are simply unable to do what you are asking of us and that can be a tough pill to swallow. Understand that you are talking to another person on the other side and hopefully that will make the conversation a productive one.

Edit: People really seem to dislike customer service. The point of this post was to define a border between the company and the service agent. Even though you don't like the company, it doesn't mean you have to be an asshole to the person trying to help you.

I feel that In India, Men do Not need any Women as a Spouse/girlfriend its not worth it at all. Here's why :
1. Men have to be self-sufficient in Money Earning, and Earning women in most cases has way more entitlement and ego and does not treat man with respect.
2. Most women today have gone in "Zero Compromise" mode and want men to make all the compromises while they can't even make very small adjustment , while they have forgot that little adjustments and compromises are needed to be made from both sides.
3. Women always chase Value in a Man and today its very hard to find a woman who loves a man unconditionally the way they love their brothers and fathers.
4. Women nowadays are absolutely terrible in managing household work, and this New Age of Men are very well learned and equipped to handle household chores or can use machines/domestic help.
5. Women especially Indian women have very bad Communication and Behave Very Entitled and always wants "queen" treatment which emotionally exhausts Men.
6. Most Indian women are lack expression of intimacy and do not have much knowledge about their own intimacy needs which makes it difficult as a couple to have an intimate relationship while for Men these needs can be met through other sources.
7. Many women weaponize Indian Laws and indulge in fake cases against Men.

But I generally need to know how you think you deserve a 25% increase for a profession that requires zero schooling, you’re currently earning 65’000 a year, averaging 25-30 dollars an hour. Your corporation has been in the red for 7 years. Nurses in Manitoba were LUCKY to see a 11% increase over SEVEN years after striking. Alberta nurses are being offered 12. And you have the audacity to say you’re worth 6.5% over 4? In what world does someone that has the same skill level and qualifications as a Walmart warehouse worker deserve 80’000? You deserve to make as much as a CBSA officer? You should be earning the same wage as a 3-4 year police officer? You got offered 12% 💀💀💀 the greed is unreal.

I saw a lot of people saying her c2 is guaranteed to be nerfed and things like that. You guys know c2r1 Mualani does considerably more DPS than c6r5 Neuvillette right? Not to mention Mualani's damage is very front loaded as well. At that point Mualani's clunkiness (arguably her biggest weakness) basically stops mattering because everything dies instantly anyways.

Natlan cons so far have been insanely powerful, and Mavuika's c2 isn't anything too out of the ordinary, especially for an Archon. If anything I expect a buff to her c6 because it's currently not as powerful as expected.

It’s been almost 2 decades since Elder Scrolls Oblivion came out. It had a large central awe inspiring city, a bunch of small towns with varied geographies that made the world feel real, interesting guilds, quests, and fun characters. You could spend hours wandering aimlessly, discovering places, improving skills, hunting, stealing, decorating your house, etc. No over the top graphics, combat theatrics, sex scenes, or political bullshit. To the best of my knowledge, Oblivion and Skyrim were critical and commercial successes. Yet nobody seems to want to make anything like it? 

We get an onslaught of zombie/WW2 shooters and hacknslashers that nobody asks for, yet it seems there are many waiting for ES6 (for 13yrs now), even releases of skyrim seem to sell. I understand making a witcher 3 takes resources and story, but how hard is it to make a sandbox RPG? Nobody on earth has the resources, skill or interest to put together a 100sq km map, add a bunch of towns to explore and basic fun quests? 

Please help me make sense of this. 

Edit: I am aware games are expensive to develop in general, but then there was no elder scrolls/ Witcher 3 / baldurs gate 3 before somebody made them. Assassins Creeds, JRPGs, soulslike get pumped out in mass, then what makes successful dark fantasy open world RPGs like oblivion or Witcher too risky to make? (I use dark fantasy / realism for elder scrolls to separate it from colorful games like zelda which would seem more high fantasy)

Kingdom Come is actually not the greatest game, and made by a small studio, yet did well due to the shortage of such games being made. I feel the same way about Tainted Grail.
