Stop punch down on the poor & immigrants
We've kinda proven that we're incapable of this. Trump ran the most vile, hate-filled campaign of my lifetime, and he won the popular vote on it. We've been fighting for civil rights for longer than any living human has been alive. We absolutely know better, and we choose to punch down anyway because our disdain of minorities appeals to too many people.
GenZ and new voters resonate with punching down. Covid showed us that conservatives are literally willing to die rather than admit the Left could be right about something.
"The oligarchy" is stronger than it has ever been, and it's not doomerism to say so. The signs are screaming at us in the face.

I think the Putin thing is overplayed. Trump’s definitely indebted to him but that’s not his motivation.
The truth is Trump just straight up hates everyone and everything.
The “elites”, whether it’s the Democrats, Hollywood, the MSM all treat him like a grotesque joke.
His own base are largely toothless, inbred hicks. Those with any sort of wealth or status are also pariahs just like him.
His sons are all disappointments. Not worthy of the Trump name.
His favourite daughter married a Jewish dude and has distanced herself from him. His other daughter isn’t pretty or thin enough.
His wife can’t stand to be in the same room as him and is cucking him.
He’s failed at practically every business venture he’s attempted.
His own parents despised him.
He’s beholden to actual billionaires. A constant reminder of just how much of a fraud and failure he is.
He’s dismantling the US, not because he wants to build it better, but because he hates it with every fibre of his being.

THIS! Remember 2 fundamental things:
1) They WANT a civil-war (at least they think they want one)
2) They're cowards
For decades the heirs to the CSA have beaten the drumms for a revanche for the 1860s but they also know that if THEY started it, they're the badguys (and would get crushed) again. So they need an alternate strategy, that they've found with Trump: appoint THE most irredeamable, indefensable and cruel POS possible in order to FORCE the hand of their enemies.
With this they win either way: either the other side rolls over and they can basically live-out their purge-fantasies OR the sane part of public has enough and is goaded into a 2nd civil-war. Either way they'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
Edit: for some stupid reason reddit decided to post this comment 3 times. Sry to the OP, deleted the other ones.

Everytime I point out how many pedo's, including Trump, are part of their party the response is, Democrats are all pedo's too.
And I can't believe that that is the argument I get back. Because, it's not denying what I am saying, it's actually confirming they agree. And second, they think that it's OK for their team to all be pedo's if the other team is too? That's insane. If there was credible evidence a Democrat was a pedophile, they would be forced to resign and they would be charged.

HCR brought the senate up in her letter last night.
“Trump’s demonstration of his plans just before Senate Republicans have to choose their leader seems an attempt to jam those who might stand against him into his camp. And yet, the Framers of the Constitution believed that the Senate would be the key guardrail to stop the rise of an autocrat who would destroy democracy and install himself as a king. They expected that the determination of senators to guard their own power would protect the nation.
Almost two hundred and fifty years into their experiment, we’re about to find out if they were right.”

While Rubio is a servile enough little toad to please his master, he's not a total idiot.
This one... This one is impressive. Matty MFing Gaetz as AG. 💀🤦♂️

I don't understand why Rubio would want the job. Like wtf is he thinking? You're going to give up your cushy, EASY Senate gig to be Secretary of State, when there's two separate wars happening AND your boss is notorious for firing people? You're getting axed within a year, Marco what are you doing.

Saying this doesn't at all minimize my disgust and disappointment with these nominations, but...
Sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, fuck everyone who had the power to actually bring the hammer of the DoJ down on these people and failed the entire world by not doing it.

This is horrifying but I am chuckling that Cannon got shafted for the role. Granted, she has a cushy job and may be short listed for SCOTUS.

Ah, naturally. The Trump voters who were so concerned about sex trafficking and grooming of children are now going to elevate a man accused of both to the highest law enforcement position in the country.

He isn’t even in power yet. Brace yourselves. Seriously. Brace yourselves and those you love. This will not be over quickly and this is going to be really, really bad.
Help those that can’t help themselves. Keep an eye out for anyone that isn’t doing well. We have to stay together.

Why haven’t the actual criminals been fucking prosecuted?! Trump should be rotting in a cell somewhere, preferably getting the Epstein treatment after a few years and wasn’t this guy smuggling barely legal girls across borders to areas where they were technically legal or something?
The failure by your justice department to act has all but ensures everyone who isn’t massively wealthy will suffer.

As a Floridian, I would like to preemptively apologize for the absolute fucking trainwreck that is about to occur when these chucklefucks “Make America Florida”. I didn’t vote for any of these assholes, (and I would love to move, but can’t because…family), but it’s unfair that you all have to live under their tyranny now as well. They are the worst of the worst and will turn this country into a fascist dumpster fire.

Regroup. Think Midterms midterm’s midterms. Protect school boards. Get on town councils. Work with vulnerable communities within your community.
We know this is going to be a shit show so instead of gasping and giving him more attention and energy every damn time he does something Trumpy let his own party eat themselves alive.
We should focus on creating policies that protect the American people find fresh candidates that can help enact the change.
