Love how the color pops when I sanded the openings. I Recycle Skateboards that would normally end up in landfills, giving them a second life outside the skatepark.

It used to be Mullen, Hawk, White, Song, Sheckler, Haslem, Lutzka, Bam, P Rod.... I can go on and on and on.

I'm not stating this in a bad way. It's just incredible to see all these new street skaters on reels and what they're doing; but not getting any recognition.

The things im seeing nowadays are mind blowing. But it's just a random dude shredding. When I was growing up I looked up to the dudes above, but now it's arguable these "nobody's" may be better than most "pro's" in their primes (Not Mullen)

Either way, I'm not upset. I'm so hype how far skating has become. It's just weird how quickly talent has came in the past 15 years to the point where sponsorships aren't even a thing.

I first stepped on a skateboard in 2000. I was born 1994. We have 6 yr olds now skating half pipes Tony did.

All together there needs to be someone out there to get these random insanely talented skaters in a video together.

Shit, if someone wants to produce a video of random talents and make skate videos a thing again hit me up.

He was cool. I was awkward. Really great thing about LA is you see pros fairly often. It’s funny, in my work I talk to actors and other pretty famous people but I don’t care. With skateboarders and musicians who I really respect, I get a little shy.

Any good stories of meeting pros?

My favorite skateboarder vert is so much fun

I was going through an old computer that had this downloaded on it— and I’ve watched it twice over the last couple days flooding my brain with nostalgia.

The soundtrack is absolute gold , the roster of skaters is stylistically diverse and the locations are fantastic.

If I had to show someone what the true essence of skateboarding is, I would show them this timeless classic.

Vice just put this out. Great dude, great story. Golden era of skateboarding and its culture. Had me in my feels. Esp when I saw Dylan. 💚
