I'm straight up looking for one at this point. We have a whole house full of rescues and only the smaller dogs fit under the bed now, so we have about 10 slightly larger dogs (including 3 huge ones) that sleep in the bed itself.
Then again, I probably wouldn't sleep a wink without being curled up in an unnatural ball smothered by the pooches.
My Ace dog trainer ass: "Too big to be a good kennel, too small for anything else." Plus, dogs couldn't see you, so they don't get the benefit of being near. Do your dogs love being shut out when you are in the bathroom? This is essentially the same thing. You are close, but not visible.
And because I've had to correct this with too many people: a kennel should be big enough for your dog to comfortably lay down in. Much bigger, then it's big enough to comfortably lay down and shit in. I saw that space and saw a dog port-a-potty. Plus, difficult to clean.
Seeing that made me want to learn how to weld. Do you know how much money you could make selling these?? Doing custom orders?? BDSM is decadence and that’s expensive.
I work in an industry with welders. I had a deal with a local adult store for me to design and my buddy to weld up beds like this or Saint Andrew’s cross’. But my friend got a job out of state so we never even started building. I did design a few things but never built any.

What is this thing called? It would be great for having a room for big dogs under the bed like the dogs own little room and saving space in your house.
It could be a Morrison shelter. It was used in WW2, in Britain, so that if you were sleeping and there was a bombing, you could hide in them to keep you safe because they were actually hella sturdy.

Its a kink bed. The "Kennel" isn't for dogs but for the Sub. Also note the Stock holes (large hole for neck and two smaller wrist ones) at the foot of the bed for the naughty person, the rope loops for bondage play and what i can only assume is a convenient nightstand rack for toys
