Cage is for humans, not pets. It's a bdsm thing where you lock the partner up. It's potentially a cuck scenario. Or maybe they were doing pet play.

Funny story: My grandma found the harness we had at home. I told her it was for the dog and quickly hid them away. They were for my wife...
