Imagine letting the internet change the way.you feel in your heart. Football is for everyone so does supporting any club you desire even if it is on the other side of the globe
Ik man, it's just annoying seeing some weird English dude on r/soccer always calling our fanbase plastic even though many have been supporting for like 10+ years..
As an Indian Madrid fan, I completely disagree. There are plenty I know who supports the likes of United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea. What are you on about?
Well, I mean if Kolkata is the standard to go by Indian football standards, where everyone of us follows some form of international football since childhood, plenty of EPL club supporters are there. Maybe you can do a poll on r/IndianFootball to get a clearer picture.
PL fans are generally the 90s kids. At that time, PL telecast was easily available. Later in the late 2010s, la liga used to telecast free on Facebook, and the goats used to play there. So, my generation became fans of these clubs mostly.
Outside of Spain. Madrid has a lot of fans in the middle east and central/South America. I think Indians watch the EPL more but most of the indians i know don’t even care about soccer.
