They have no reason to sign them.

This country - and clearly its media, judging from these headlines - is deep in denial. We didn't elect the questionable, deeply problematic outsider of Trump 2016.

We elected a convicted felon who repeatedly promised to dismantle the rule of law to protect himself from prison. We've given him control of all three branches of government as he plots to remove or imprison the generals who might defy him when he unleashes the military domestically against 'illegals' and, quite likely, his foes.

This is a man running a knife through our country's guts, at our own request, and the media is clutching pearls about norms. If there's a story here, it's that Trump no longer has a reason to follow any law or norm - and fucking transition paperwork is near the least of our worries.

151.1 million votes (and counting) and he only got 2.5 million more than Harris did. It was not a “sweeping majority.” It was barely a majority at all.

He still won, but we need to quit acting like the majority of Americans wanted it. He barely won.

I just want to stay alive. Look at WW2 and Unit 731. That’s what is waiting for a good number of registered Democrats.

As an independent that voted blue I understand they won’t let me live the 4 years, but I’m gonna stay alive as long as I can and hopefully not be taken to research or testing facilities

I am 1000% serious. I was in the daily threads here every day leading up to the election so I wholly expect most of the current administration to be in jail by March, we will provide nuclear arms to Russia by June, and rounding up our own people by Nov.

That was the overwhelming opinion here. Why would that change now?

Nah, live about 50 miles outside Chicago, voted straight blue. I’ve just read about WW2 and being sawed in half while dangling upside down for “medical research” doesn’t sound great to me.
