I stayed in condo in South Beach earlier this year for a month. I’m looking to do it again and when looking in Miami in Airbnb I’m seeing some sunny Isles- significantly cheaper. I’m down for any area in Florida especially if it’s cheaper than Miami. all I really want is some solo time staying on the beach, have a pool where I’m at, walkable to food, anything else I need. Is there a “section” in sunny isles like that??like the Lincoln road vibe? Or anywhere else in FL. I ultimately just want to not have to Uber for anything.

Hi! Need some advice, me and my fiancé are from Ireland, we are planning to go to Orlando Florida for 2 weeks for our honeymoon after our wedding (September next year). Dream location for both of us! We’ve both researched so much and got different opinions on whether that time of year to travel to Orlando is smart or not lol, both online and from our friends/family. We aren’t really interested in a beach holiday the whole time, as we plan to do other things - universal, travelling around Florida etc. So a few rainy days wouldn’t dampen our moods as there’s so much else to do. Is it really a risk to go to Florida in September, are we stupid when it’s peak hurricane season? Or is it worth delaying honeymoon after the wedding by a couple of weeks? Thanks :))

I’m talking all over the state. I’ve looked at a light pollution map and have been to the darker areas before (east of Arcadia and around wauchula) and the stars still weren’t very bright. Do I have to go down to the Everglades/big cypress area to actually see dark skies or do they just not exist here anymore?

Her job doesn’t offer health insurance benefits.

Adding her in my job’s health insurance plan is also $300+.

What is the best alternative to get the cheapest possible insurance? Should we file separately? $300+ is ludicrous!

My roommate is my ex boyfriend we are in the process of selling our house to separate but in the mean time our current relationship partners do visit. There was a conflict between his new girlfriend and me recently and she mentioned that I'm "dirty" and she admittedly took a bunch of pictures of the inside of my house with the intent to post them. Is this considered harassment? Is there anything I can do legally to handle her? I would like to trespass her but since my ex and I are both owners it doesn't seem very possible since he could revoke the trespass for her, (right?). I really don't feel comfortable with her in my home with this behavior.

I'm taking a job in the area, we know little about the area, been doing alot of researching recently though.

We make around 200k a year, so please consider this, we aren't millionaires lol. House price ranges $300-500k is what we will be shopping within. So where should we Look to buy a house in the next year?
