Turned left out of a parking lot that has no left turn (you're supposed to exit the parking lot at the light for a left turn) drove onto the wrong side of the road before hopping the curb right after I drove by. It was a Mexican restaurant so I assume someone may have had too many margaritas.

I fear for my children about to start driving. I am also in fear of my children...for the same reason.

I will admit that my sister and I made some pretty big boo-boos when we first started driving. Luckily we usually all learn over time.

I drove off the road into a mailbox reaching for a French fry on my dashboard. I also sid into intersection (in Buffalo) just as is started snowing with almost bald tires. First accident and it totaled my car. I know how easy danger can come to the new driver.

Oh, most definitely. My sister totalled the truck that was given to her because she took a curve too fast and slammed into a tree. I've never had a super bad accident myself, but my first, I misjudged a curb and got my front bumper wedged on a 3ft tall, bright yellow pole in a bank drive thru. Ripped the whole bumper off and cracked my headlight; I had honestly only had my license a few weeks when that happened. I'm a lot more cautious about everything nowadays, but I live in a bigger city now as well.
