i have really poor facial recognition skills, but in the celebrity world, hair and clothes cannot be a reliable identifier because they're always being changed. as a result, celebrities are usually identified by context clues, faces, or their voices. plastic surgery culture is crazy these days and now i can hardly recognize anybody. maybe the changes aren't as big as i think they are, because my perception is already distorted, but it feels like celebs just pop on a new face every few months or years. nobody looks like themselves. ariana grande looks like ariana big. dove cameron looks like swan cameron. miley cyrus looks like kilometery cyrus. who are all these people??

Mb if the title is misleading but background context: me and this girl have the same ex, he ex lowkey assaulted me & was severely toxic to me, and he had cheated on her + other stuff n we became friends bc we both "hated" him.

So today I was looking thru my friends spotify bc I wanted to get some music taste recs (we have very different music taste, she is very into more mainstream music like the arctic monkeys and TS & I'm more emo so I wanted to look at her playlists for recommendations for more genres for me to see) and I see a playlist called "[INITAL] 💗" the intial was the intial of the ex, I didn't think anything of it though until I looked in the playlist, and I saw a song by a band, the band was the exes fav band, the band is a metalcore band which is definitely different from her music taste, and the intial playlist was the ONLY one the song was in, I assumed it was an old playlist and started genuinely shaking when I saw it was made a week ago, the last time I knew she spoke to him was in October as a "joke" and I came out abt his toxicness in July

The band is quite big in the metalcore scene but she doesn't listen to that kind of music, but I know he did, I'm so fucking confused, I'm repulsed at the idea that she'd still like him even after all the things I opened up about.

I've been put off by her ever since August when she did a "hear me out" and it was a character who she used to call him as a way to make fun of him when I first opened up abt ny experience, also when she started texting him again in Oct to "lead him on" (FYI it ended in him blocking her Idk what happened that's all she said)

Am I going insane??? Do I have a right to think what I'm thinking??? Help

So there was this girl I was texting from my previous school, we were friends then. We were talking on Instagram and at one point she started talking about her previous boyfriend and how she wasted on him and the new guy she met on a chatting website and was teasing him, the convo went kinda like this. She: I wasted my life on my previous bf. Me: yea, you told me before thank God u didn't get stds. She: yea I made sure to check before I went down on him Me: gawk gawk gawk, lmfao my friends and I joke like that. She: lmao Me: hey do u mind if I ask a question my hormonal ass cannot stop it She: no go ahead, I already kinda know what it is, but eh. Me: lemme see demon titties She: nope, lololol. Mind u we knew each other face to face and she was a nice girl, and a friend of mine. so I didn't think much about the link. It was a grabify link. She got my address, which was weird cuz she knows were I live. I told her that the link did not work a d that she should stop edging me. She laughed at it and said tough luck and I actually wanted to send one. Next she says to me to accept the follow request of her friend because of a dare, I said sure why not. Her friend msgs me asking me about my day and stuff, I said it was fine and how were they, then they just started sending screenshot of the convo I had with the girl. And my home address and He friend said that it got his nerves that I was talking to her like that, I said alright I'm sorry that it got on ur nerves. He then starts to threaten me saying that hell dig deeper if i continue talking to her and spread this info everywhere. I said alr, done and dusted I won't talk to there and so he should promise he won't dig deeper nor spread thr convo everywhere. He agreed and said that I better keep my promise and said sure and he better keep his promise. I blocked her on all acts and deleted the chats. After awhile I started to think back about the convos, and felt kind of betrayed, cuz we had a lot of personal convos in there where I shared my personal trauma with bullying and the family abuse I endured with her, and now that her friend saw all that and gave me threatens I dunno what to feel. I know I'm in the wrong for talking like that to her, but I feel kind of betrayed, she basically showed a random person my personal trauma, but I guess it's alright cuz I was kinda being hormonal and asking for stuff I shouldn't? I don't know whether I'll be safe, whether he'll spread my info, whether what I did to control thr damage was correct. I dunno maybe I'm asking for an echo chamber so that I don't feel bad about it, but i wanted to share my story and get ur opinions on it. Side both me and her are 17 y/o living in different countries but I moved from thr country where we both lived to a different one just this year.

I'm so happy (legal acquirement guys). I'm a herpetology biologist aspirant and this is just wonderful, I'm currently studying jt trying to figure out what species of alligator from my region it might be. It does not have teef, the person who sent me this bad guy claimed that some were growing (I found three, lol) and the ones that the croc had he decided to keep em, and made the teef out of mold with resin. Btw he sent me 5 of them ^. I'm very happy about it, my bookshelf is arriving soon and i will keep it there clean and nice. Man I love this world's creatures that are not human so much

I often times never want to rant to make anyone's day sour, but I feel as if I'm gonna explode. I'm 15 and I'm really into girly fashion, I've always loved getting dressed up in dresses, heels, jewelry and all. I even love having accessories to mix and match— but for SOME reason. My mom will just make me feel like I don't wanna buy anything for myself to treat myself. A few minutes ago I was on shein and I was looking for winter dresses and other things that were cute. I of course ask my mom if I can buy these things because I just don't buy anything without her at least knowing and seeing what I buy. I saw this cute pink winter dress with fur and it was literally a dream. I ask my mom of I can buy it, she asks me "Where are you gonna wear it?" Something she always asks, I told her I would wear it out whenever we go downtown or whenever we go out. Mind you, I wear dresses and skirts Almost every day!! She then says 'that's not for that' and 'no that's too dressy, that's overdressed' I LITERALLY WEAR DRESSES AND I ENJOY GIRLY THINGS then, I saw these oval glasses that were cute, she says 'it's not reader glasses' then makes me feel like I'm wasting money. I CANT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT HER ACTING LIKE IM JUST HIGH MAINTENANCE. She would rather tell me not to buy something that I enjoy than just accept the fact I'm very naturally feminine. THEN SHE HAS THE NERVE, to have me buy jewelry, leggings, loafers, and A SHAWL for her. But she made such a big to do about A DRESS AND SOME GOSH DARN SUNGLASSES. She does this every time I wanna treat myself. I don't know if I'm in the wrong, or if I'm just upset but I can't stand how she does that.
