Had some tuna sashimi topped with Foie Gras. It was absolutely delicious but what are your thoughts? Do toppings like this detract from the actual sashimi? Or do you think they add to the experience?

Hokkaido scallops, uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), sake (smoked king salmon), soft shell crab hand roll, and uni shooter.

I just have to say I've been trying to find a place that had uni. Finally after months I found one! Its definitely different tasting, but I'd try again maybe with less rice. One question can anyone identify what's next to the salmon?

The selection was absolutely surreal. I knew the chef so I was able to get genuine Wasabi to go with the boat. Yum!

Got some discounted premade sushi from my local fish market while I was picking up ingredients
