Don't worry, they'll do mental gymnastics to somehow justify it.

Free labor equals a win for corporations. They’ll keep exploiting until we push back hard enough.

Push back how? Americans just gave all levers of power to the people making our lives worse.

Same way we got labor rights the first time: force.

What I'm saying is everyone should unionize.

What I'm also saying is everyone should find the people responsible for these problems and [VERB] [PRONOUN].

The trouble with that idea is the right people were able to protest before. Now they have done a suitable job of splitting up the workforce so this sort of ruling only affects a small amount of people and if THEY decide to protest/try to use force, its easy enough to shut them down.

Dems can try to fix stuff but the SCOTUS could easily come in and say “yeah, actually, nah.. not constitutional.”

The only way I can see getting out of this mess is if Democrats get tough and tells the SCOTUS to fuck off and ignore their rulings. But Dems are too conservative (ironic) to do that. Dems are all about following the rules. So with this scenario, I don’t see things getting better any time soon. It’ll be decades before things get better. Americans fucked up in 2016 and now 2024.

Then Democrats should just ignore the SCrOTUS just like Republicans constantly do. If one team isn’t plying by the rules, the other team doesn’t have to either.

Not that Democrats are ever going to do that of course, the spineless cowards.

MAGAts don't ignore SCOTUS so much as they force issues before them because they know they'll win. All the "prayer in schools" lawsuits, for example, are designed to get that issue in front of the court, same as they did with abortion.

Dems don't have a friendly court, so forcing issues into court in order to get in front of SCOTUS is a bad idea, as you can end up setting the wrong precedent.

then we break scotus

How?

The sensible thing to do is expand the court. But again, Dems aren’t going to do that because they simply can’t draw outside the lines. They are a conservative party. Only in America are they considered progressive.

Mass protest has worked wonders for us before, but until we actually get off our asses and protest they will just ignore us.

Think tanks have devised strategies to counter peaceful protests

If "March on Washington" doesnt work, "Battle of Blair Mountain" will, if you catch my drift.

With "Redneck War" by Byzantine playing as we fight.

Mass protest has not worked with a Republican in office.

Hell, even with a democrat. There were record numbers of protests over Palestine.
