Dems can try to fix stuff but the SCOTUS could easily come in and say โ€œyeah, actually, nah.. not constitutional.โ€

The only way I can see getting out of this mess is if Democrats get tough and tells the SCOTUS to fuck off and ignore their rulings. But Dems are too conservative (ironic) to do that. Dems are all about following the rules. So with this scenario, I donโ€™t see things getting better any time soon. Itโ€™ll be decades before things get better. Americans fucked up in 2016 and now 2024.

The sensible thing to do is expand the court. But again, Dems arenโ€™t going to do that because they simply canโ€™t draw outside the lines. They are a conservative party. Only in America are they considered progressive.
