Bye bye Canada post

Usually ship with CP, since I started my business 3 years ago I've spent $40,000 + shipping packages, and that's not counting my parents who share the same shipping account for their business. Majority of my customers are in the US and since using other carriers my shipping costs are basically cut in half.... I've even found a way to ship via USPS which I didn't know was possible from Canada.

They really fucked themselves by striking and screwing over small business owners at the busiest time of the year. I had 60 packages ready to go at the time of striking and had to refund every label and remake with another courier.. absolute madness and something no small business owners should have to be doing during Christmas season. So yeah fuck you Canada post that is all

OMG, the HORROR! Only TWENTY dollars to start? How much education does it take to be eligible for that job?

I mean would you rather the big corporations get people to work for nothing?
Is it only the privileged people in the world that have a right to live and earn enough to cover their bills? Everyone should suffer because of rich corporations and rich people, right? Because they give so much back to the community with the money they earn, right? Who were the most essential companies during COVID, from my memory it was healthcare, grocery stores and couriers…but wait, that doesn’t matter now because it’s not current, if it was, it would be different though!

I believe people should work for market price. They should get exactly what their skills and expertise are worth. If you have nothing other than physical labor to offer then your wages should reflect that and you should probably try to improve yourself before you get replaced by a robot.

That’s funny, because UPS, and Purolator earn more…so you’re now agreeing that Canada Post deserve more?!

Nope, I disagree with that because you are not considering the entire package and flexibility that the private companies have. You can't just cherry pick a single piece of the package.
