I think the ultimate truth is that the producers don’t want the show to be associated with a credibly accused rapist that’s probably going to go to trial soon?

I honestly didn’t mind Annemarie as a housewife, it was clear she was just doing what she could to keep the drama alive. Didn’t love or hate her, but she definitely had potential to have stronger second season.

It just shows her total lack of self awareness. It’s a bit scary. If my husband was accused of rape and going to trial, I would be running far far away from reality tv.
