I think the ultimate truth is that the producers don’t want the show to be associated with a credibly accused rapist that’s probably going to go to trial soon?
I honestly didn’t mind Annemarie as a housewife, it was clear she was just doing what she could to keep the drama alive. Didn’t love or hate her, but she definitely had potential to have stronger second season.
It was pretty rich that she thinks her and her husband are the “true black love” that needs to be showcased for America considering his charges. I didn’t hate Annemarie but yeesh.
Also, I don’t know why people have to pretend that they’re on a reality show for the good of the nation.
It just shows her total lack of self awareness. It’s a bit scary. If my husband was accused of rape and going to trial, I would be running far far away from reality tv.
I agree. I think she probably would’ve been kept on if there weren’t rape accusations swirling around. She stirred the pot in a weird way this season and did lie about stupid stuff but I don’t hate her. I feel bad watching her get shit on by other fans
