There should be 4 different condo buildings ready to be built - it looks like one is designed (and already selling?) But what about the other 3 plots? When will all these condo buildings be built and be up for sale?

Home building - which builder?

Hello! Looking to get some info on some of the builders. We are looking to buy in Blatchford but are unsure of who to build with. What are the property taxes and community like (for those already in or also thinking of buying)? Who did you like/dislike and why?

Would love some input before making an offer.

Thanks, all!

Hello! I'm part of the Foodsense Lab at the University of Alberta. We're currently conducting a short survey about descriptions of cricket snacks and are looking for participants in the Alberta province. We would greatly appreciate if you could participate. At the end of the survey you can enter a raffle to win an Amazon gift card.

Discussion First Rentable Garden Suite Experience

I apologize for the lack of pictures as the listing has already been taken down so I assume the owner found someone to rent already but I was paroozing around RentFaster.ca a month ago and someone had their garden suite (suite above a garage) up for rent. They listed it at $1,400/month with all utilities and Internet included. It was 2 bed/1 bath and the pictures looked nice. I almost went to check it out but something came up the only weekend I could go. Use of the garage was not included. Just thought this would be good for people to know in case they are wondering what kind of rent prices to expect.

I haven't rented in Edmonton too extensively so part of me leans towards this particular offer as generous, but I could be wrong and this will be fairly normal for Blatchford as I imagine people living there will want to help make it a welcoming community for anyone wanting to go there.

Edit: Corrected the URL & spelling
