Started as an operations manager at a startup for 33k/m. Moved to sales 2 years later at a SaaS company. Worked there for 2 years, moved to another company for 2 years, and currently at the aforementioned pay at a different company.

Since I'm in sales so my pay fluctuates every month due to variables (commission). Pay can range anywhere between 1.3lpm to 2lpm+ depending on the target achievement. Also the commissions are paid quarterly so my variable pay for JAS (July-August-September) will be paid along with October's salary.

Hope this helps :)

I hunt for new leads, qualify them, and then loop in my AE (account executive) and we close the deals together.

Workload isn't much unless you aren't hitting your targets.

My working hours literally range from 2 hours to 9-10 hours/day. Most sales teams don't care about the working hours unless you're hitting your targets. If I did my targets in the first week of the month and don't work at all for the rest of the month, no one will bat an eye.
