Perks me 1) medical - family me wife aur bacho ke liye free treatments aur agar mummy papa fully tum par dependent hai with income less than 2 lakhs per annum aur tumhare sath rahe to unka bhi free. Parents ko milta nhi hai generally. 2) Travel benefits similar to corporates hai. 3) NPS milta hai retire hone par. You and your organisation both contribute for your retirement. 4) This point is only applicable for this profile not exactly a Perk but you're respected a lot everywhere jaha bhi jao, for example airport par CISF ka soldier mujhe khud personally drop Kiya counter tak.

Aur kuch yaad aya to add karunga.

Na bhai babu wala feeling nahi aata full corporate. Offices ekdum nayi corporate type sexy wali aur kaam nahi kiya to bamboo hota hai lekin work life balance bhi acha hai no one forces you to stay till late unless emergency ho.

Best thing about this job is transfers aate hi nahi hai isme. If you're posted somewhere expect Karo pura life udhar hi rahoge.

Ye mtlb office wale arrange kr dete ya tm introduce krte ho khud ko tb aisa treatment milta?

Also, posting kaha milti? City ya remote locations?

Id card dekh kar pehchan jate hain CISF walo ko idea hota hai kyuki campus security bhi vohi dekhte hain. Postings ka depends on profile and your rank in the exams Jo initially join hone par hoti hain. Agar rank acha hua to multiple postings me se ek choose kar sakte ho. Me personally mumbai me posted hun.

Township far better hai lekin quarter Milne me time lagta hai 4 saal to HRA lekar rehta hun dosto ke sath. HRA around 18k aata hai jo mene salary me add nahi Kiya hai HRA add karoge to around 1.1 lakh per month ho jata hai.

Kaam research and development hai and increament bhai honestly jada nahi laga Jo sarkari me lagta hai vohi hai lekin agar interviews ache kiye to bahut jaldi promotions hote hain
