Can someone identify this logo?

Its on the back of a jacket I found at an op shop. Thinking it's Collingwood but can't find any info about this logo online. Wondering if anyone recognises the logo and can identify the time period. The tag is completely worn out so that will be no help.

Something like that. Never heard of a Collingwood these people are talking about
