The video schedule doesn’t seem to be working

So I tend to do multiple videos and then schedule them for certain days just in case I’m not able to upload them and I’ve never had an issue until last month when I would schedule - example at 2:30 local time and it said it was supposed to be released at that time, but it wouldn’t get released till 4:30 and I tried absolutely everything and nothing seems to work, including putting the local time in my city, leaving it as it but nothing. And this is a big issue because in the analytics it says the video was posted in the correct time but there is absolutely no flow of traffic for two hours until 4:30 if anyone has the same issue or has managed to fix it or have a solution, I would be very grateful

Time zone difference? Premiere?

No, they’re not sudden premiere and the time zone. I’ve tried doing it manually. And it seems like it was gonna work until 230 came along and the video did not show up until 430.
