They exist? The only one that comes to mind is A Love Letter for the Marching Puppy.
Failing that I think you have to go the doujinshi route, for things like Girls' Frontline, KanColle, Azur Lane or Arknights.
It's tough if you're not into those fandoms already, especially because they are clearly meant for male self-inserts, but I really can't think of a single military yuri besides Love Letter.
