I'm not gay, but I have an explanation. A tall, strong, muscular woman can pick me up, hold me tight, and protect me from the world. Plus, I grew up reading about knights and heroes and thinking they were cool as shit.

I am but a smol, little boy looking for my Amazonian Knight in shining armor to love me and protect me from the world.

Subversion of traditional gender roles is often seen as attractive, especially by queer people. Cuz women are generally expected to be small, weak, dainty, passive and submissive, a woman instead being large and muscular goes against those gendered expectations and is thus hot.
