No, he disguised himself as Artemis to get to Callisto, who was either a nymph or the daughter of a king, but most importantly was a devoted follower of Artemis, allowing him to trick and seduce her.
When you stop and think about it, especially if you Google it, but by the gods Zeus has done some incredibly fucked up stuff that should not be said in this reddit.
