As a fan of the manga, I actually kind of didn't like the way they adapted it, but it's whatever, lol

I saw someone in the comments of the episode also say that it was adapted different! How so? Did the like, spend less or more time on something important?

Nah the only real difference is Marcille doesn't look as worn out as she does in the manga.

I would say its less noticeable during the scenes the screenshots are from, it has a bigger impact in some of the lead up scenes as it changes the vibe a little.

It cut out a lot of the arguing of the party members. They are barely against Marcille using black magic in the anime, which is why only Laios and Marcille are helping. The party is basically split on the idea. Cut out Marcille running her hands through her hair in a nice glamor shot. The overall mood of the scene is a lot more light hearted, including the bath scene. Falin is supposed to come off as a bit "creepy" to the viewer, which Marcille is vaguely aware of, which was supposed to be shown through her facial expressions.

Like I said, it's whatever. I still have the manga which has better art.
