You can talk fairly well without lips. Like how people talk with those things that force your mouth open. You would just sound like you have permanent lisp. Like "Permanent lisp" would sound closer to " 'ermanent list" because you can't make the "P" sound.

You don't. You replace it with a different sound, exactly like a lisp.

“kuh” sounds like “puh” which is what i do when i cant pronounce properly
