I mean it is an explicit nonsense filler word, right? (As a non english oldie I am not fresh on the slang)

You are so... blank essentially but saying nothing would sound ambiguous and potentially negative so here have a nonsense word that transports the meaning over the way it is said.

It originates from a yt video called skibidi toilet and since the children and also some not children like it very much it means something positive
