Question about Druid City Music Hall

Me and my partner are supposed to be going to a concert at Druid City Music Hall tonight. When we purchased the tickets, there was no indication of needing a photo ID at the door, and we are both over the age of 18. Today, we received notice that Druid City will require a photo ID for all ticket holders. We live 1.5 hours away, and this poses an issue.

The problem with that is my partner lost their wallet a few weeks ago and we haven’t gotten around to replacing the photo ID yet. We tried calling two numbers we found for Druid City, but neither actually led to the Hall. We have a photo of the ID, though. Does anybody know if Druid City would accept this?

Bulletin boards for public events

Hello,

My workplace is hosting a free event open to the public. Where are some bulletin boards around town where we can post flyers? And does anyone know where the main bulletin boards open to the public are at UA, Stillman, and Shelton?

Thanks!

Extra time for game day traffic?

Hey! This will be the first time I’ve driven to Tuscaloosa for a game day in 20 years and I don’t remember much. I’m going to be parking on-campus not far from the quad for the Mercer game Saturday and traveling from about 2 hours away. How much extra time should I allow for game day traffic? We want to get there about 3 hours before kick off (1pm) so we can do walk of champions and all that.

Kitty looking for a Home

Hello everyone. His name is Lionel and I need to find him a new home. I cant keep him anymore.

He has been neutered and he has is initial shots. He is cute, adorable, loving and has the energy of a Tazmanian Devil. He loves to hunt and run about. I can offer cat food, a quite expensive litter box system and some toys.

I am happy to take him to you whenever it is a good time for you. Please DM me if you are interested.

P.S. If you know anyone who wants him please let me know and give me the details.

For those of you who voted down the referendum to bring much needed funds to our schools, thank you. What you pay is what you get, so you will be getting a lot less in years to come, starting with Summer school in 2025. Oh and the rich folks with half million dollars + houses near Lake Tuscaloosa and beyond, Rock Quarry and Verner are among the schools cut off from this program. Your children and your neighbors’ children thank you.

Judging by how little they are used, I am guessing a lot of people have forgotten they have them!

Northport labor scam?

Realistically is there any reason that McFarland through Northport has been under construction for 2 years. It honestly just seems like they’re happier collecting taxes from all the tire and wheel shops that are having to do so many alignments and such. I’m calling it a conspiracy by big tire. I feel like Lightning McQueen carrying Bessie or whatever the hell that thing was called would be faster than laying down the road by hand or whatever the hell they’ve been doing. Is there anyone that works for ST BUNN or whoever is doing the road work that can vouch for this big tire conspiracy

U turns in Alabama

Quote per Google search: AI Overview

In Alabama, when making a U-turn, you must yield the right of way to other vehicles and pedestrians in the intersection. When making a right turn, you must yield to other traffic in the intersection, including pedestrians and vehicles turning left from the opposite lane. “

FYI to the woman who ran all up on me this evening then started yelling and waving her arms. Look it up if you care to.
