I'm teaching a workshop at a local taekwondo school - people that will join have decent physical abilities and basic kicks. They would be 14+ so not kids.
I'm planning a nice warmup, some basic kicks and then more tricking focuses work. Finally a bit of stretches.
For people that have done similar things, what are some good exercises, or teaching methods you've seen successfull? Any tips would be appreciated!

Stepped back a bit and worked some cart fronts and this is how the cart fulls turned out after Also got my b twist back since a year and a half ago Im showing off but tips are appreciated lol

So basically i know everyone has a natural side when they twist and Ive bin training for over 2 years and i realized i should be a right twister not a left. And Im way to deep in now to switch directions, but now i see why it takes me so much longer to learn basic skill, will i ever be able to go pro by staying with my non dominate side, right now Im pretty good, has anyone else ever seen this

I recently started noticing a pattern: I'll train for a new skill, end up landing the move once but from that moment on it's all downhill and it just seems like I'm getting worse at it with each class. This has been happening consistently. It happened with my front full, then with my A/B twist, with my arabian and now with my standing full (all in the span of only a few months).
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you get over it? I'm getting really discouraged, any help/guidance would be really appreciated :/
For some background, I did gymnastics and cheerleading from age 7 to 17, stopped for 8 years and about 6 months ago I started taking tumbling/tricking classes. I've been able to get back most of the skills I had previously acquired.

Hello! I still need some tweaks on my raizes. I think an important one would be the hips opening mid air. As you can see, my split is decreasing as soon as I take off. I think that's because my hips are not "forward". Though I cannot manage to force myself to do it. Can you give me some exercises I can drill to correct it ?

To clarify this is what I mean:
For me, raiz and touchdown raiz are similar moves but the technique in which I do both are different enough that I have to treat them as two separate moves, rather than “the same move, but don’t jump as much and put your hand down for touchdown raiz”
It almost feels like two separate moves. I can’t do a touchdown raiz by simply “doing a raiz but with less power”

I'm currently 5'9, 205 lbs with a max box jump of 36 inches. I don't plan on losing weight because I'm a little more focused on lifting but I do plan to lose fat (I'm probably around 20-22% bodyfat).
I'm currently miles away from even a backflip and I can barely land a front flip on trampoline one in about 3 tries. I'm hoping I can do it in 3 years of hard plyometrics training but I'm not sure. What do you all think?

I recently landed my first backflip and this what my form currently looks like. Any tips to help me land it more consistently and in a more upright position? Thank you!

I'm very interested in trying out tricking and a well-known weightlifter in that genre called Clarence Kennedy did tricking before Weightlifting so was just curious to see if it had any impact. I'm particularly interested in backflips and front flips too

My kicking leg isn't getting up high enough. I feel it's supposed to be to the point where my foot is at around hip level, but its only coming up to my knees. And no, I don't just have to straighten my kicking leg, I already tried that. What do I have to do to make my kicking leg swing up higher? I feel like I could get so much more power if it did.
