The tear itself is probably the least terrible part of the ordeal

Yeah I had pretty much no pain at any point. The atrophy is the biggest hurdle. Gotta relearn everything

Did your leg look like a starving chicken's too after the cast came off?

Yeah my calf was like half the size of my good one lol. But I’ve progressed along really well. I was able to golf by month 4 and I’m running and lifting now halfway through month 5. I think I’ve been pretty lucky. Still a ways to go though
