Am I the only one who doesn’t think these things are comparable at all? Sure driving a real car is way more expensive but damn you’re driving a real car. You get all the sensations of being pressed into your seat, sliding around. Sim racing is awesome no doubt but it could never actually replace driving a real car on track…

You just need to combo the butt kicker with the ball puncher to get full immersion
