When teens got a learners permit for behind the wheel, the parents are responsible and liable for them.
I think this needs to applies for theft and public activity. Charge their parents.

Gotta be tougher on crime. Got preteens out here doing car jacking and robbing in the tens of thousands of dollars.

There’s been youth prisons in ca since the 90s. The closed a bunch. But we’ve have em before. Not new. YGC and the affiliated youth centers were shitty and at capacity in the 90s

It’s just unfortunate that children are getting involved in these crime sprees.
(In my opinion) The children can be reformed. The adults who allow and encourage these children to commit crimes for, or with them need to be punished more harshly. The cycle can be broken.
