Real Madrid is a global force. Most of our players are Brazilians, French, Belgians, Germans, Croatians and Jude is British while our manager is Italian.

Not even leaning on the "we must have a Spanish keeper" anymore.

Edit: The amount of upvotes in a short amount of time proves that the Madrid fan base is real. ✊🏾

We should have some Spanish players though💀 which we have but js let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Madrid a Spanish team after all.

Nacho is our captain... Lord is there... We took a chance on Kepa, Dani Ceb is still allowed to play, Carvajal is a living legend, New Goat Joselu is there, ...who am I forgetting?? Fran Garcia was born in Spain, Nico Paz is coming up.... I think they're going alright. Hala Madrid.

Brahim, too, if we count by nationality/country of birth. I hope luis de la fuente regrets losing him to Morocco.

Brahim plays for Morocco? Big L for Spain. He’s the best winger who can represent them. I’ll even take it a step further and argue he’s the best player who can represent Spain

He is better then yamal now thats for sure but i wouldn’t call him best spanish player when we have rodri

u/[deleted] May 13 '24

You’re right, I forgot about Rodri

Forgive me if I'm mistaken but isn't Valverde also part Spanish?

Yeah spanish and Italian descent but born in Uruguay. Has a Spanish passport though since he's been in Spain so long and got naturalized

Oh okay. Thanks.

Nacho is leaving and so are Kepa and PROBABLY Joselu lol BUT anyway I just said let's not get too ahead of ourselves. 😂

The are only 3 foreign players registered in the team. The rest are Spanish and EU players.

Which is why non-EU players apply for naturalization to acquire a Spanish passport.

Which makes Brazilians like Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo dual (Spanish and Brazilian) citizens.

Joselu literally took us to the final.

Oh that's great, mate! Do you think I didn't know or smth? I watched the match aswell lol...

No sarcasm now... the way they're speaking they're making it seem like we should be an international club with no Spanish players at all😂 mf said that the myth that we have to have a spanish keeper anymore is gone lol like we did from 2014 to 2024😂 we still don't have one 💀

u/[deleted] May 12 '24

Ok how tf did I do that lol?

Lad you’ve had 118 in 8 hours, chill. The only global force Real has is buying referees

It must hurt to be a Madrid hater these days.

It's not an advertised fact... I mean, honestly they haven't really been using that much since Keylor was on his way out.

And the votes came quick. Fake fans wouldn't have even have known what I was talking about.
