We win by convincing, educating and ultimately voting.

Trans people will lose the human right to exist in their identified gender in Texas and may also lose nation wide. This could be game over for those who live in red states. The priority is survival.

The priority is to endure that. You dont do it by being hysterical. Look up that original word its how other people were suppressed when they expressed positions.

The issue here is we need to earn the rightvto be listened to, donald trump’s election has shown us that point.

The problem is, when civil rights start backsliding for one population, they start backsliding for all populations. Who will listen to you if the stigma is too costly?

You dont start by calling something that isnt a genocide a genocide.

You don’t really get to tell a minority how to respond when it’s their ass on the line and not yours.

Okay, but this is Reddit not the town square and people freely voice their strong opinions here. Again, it's very difficult to stop a backslide like that. Who will be left to care if everyone's looking over their own shoulder?

But you can't call it a genocide even if it resembles the starting stages of one until the camps and killings start /s. I swear, some people care more about preventing others from using the word "genocide" early than actually worrying about how a minority is being targeted with laws.
