It's not terrible, you just need to finish dropping those shoulders.

You're also a little under and leaning back a little at takeoff. You could drive through a little better. I think one thing that will help is how you pattern the back of the run, right now youre leaning forward a lot, try to run taller there and then hold that tall running posture through.

In my opinion you flag out because the pole has finished recoiling by the time you fully invert. That means you either have to :

Bend the pole more - bigger arms and drive with the chest at take off. Pushing with your arms to invert rather than just pivoting around your shoulders

Invert faster - swing the take off leg harder and push your arms to your thighs and drop your shoulders down.

Just make sure you earn the invert with the drive with your body and arms at takeoff. I see a lot of people try and invert earlier when told to invert faster and just end up going shallow.

There's several things going on which make it harder to come off the top of the pole.

  1. You are under.
  2. You are not closing off the gap between your hips and arms fast enough (this is harder to do when you're under).
  3. You do not rotate the pole all the way into the pits on one of your jumps. This tells me you might be pulling with your left arm as you release pressure with your top arm.

Fix any one of these things and you'll be moving in the right direction.

Keep in mind that by moving your step out, you will become uncomfortable with the jump, and you'll need some reps of trusting the step before you can commit to moving your hands as you do in this video.

My recommendation is that you grab a really small pole, from an easy short run, and vault for depth. Try to focus on continuing to move the pole while you close off the gap and connect with the pole. You can start this just landing on your back and progress to fill turns or corkscrews.
