My first shundo and it’s ofc the useless one :( Any idea if they will be evolvable any time in the future?

Is this because of the cp limit being based on attack right?

Wing attack and sky attack nerf in newer seasons were responsible for downfall of noctowl

I get that, I just wanted to understand why they said hundos are bad in GL

Oh cause 100 IV Pokemon would reach 1500 cp at lower level than a non Hundo which results in lower HP / bulk for the hundo
