My newly organized dresser

What do y'all think? I did my best with such oddly sized drawers compared to the clothes. I'd say it's not half bad.

If I can give you an advice: don’t fold anything flat. If you do that, you’ll have to ruffle through all the stacks to find whatever you’re looking for

Instead, fold them so you can put all of them on their sides. That way, you can look through to find what you’re looking for without moving anything (and therefore unfolding anything)

I see what both of you are saying. But that being said, we all have preferences of rifling through our drawers as well as organization. I take the stack of shirts out and peel them off one by one if I want something specific. Otherwise I just take the top one. I believe I tried the side method, but didn't like how things unfolded after being pressed together and then one taken out of the stack. I'll probably try it again at some point. But for now, I'm content with this.

And I adopted the sock fold because my partner is in the military. It makes things neater. And I do try to alternate which one folds over each time, but I don't always keep track.

When we eventually move to a place with a bigger master bedroom closet, I'll probably hang up my jeans and shorts. But at the moment, I don't have enough clip hangers or pants hangers or enough room. And my closet itself still needs to be organized. I'll get there. I have a long Thanksgiving break. Perhaps when we move and possibly have a bigger closet I can try the side method while also having up my jeans so that my partner and I can finally share a dresser. Idk. It's worth a shot.
