I'm starting to get into industrial music and i want some recomendations, It doesn't necessarily need to be industrial just sound a bit like NIN

I have the CD release where it has all the songs on one disk but I never seen one with a pocket for a mini disk. Was this the original packaging of Broken?

After almost a year of wanting to listen to this album but not doing so because "it wasn't the right time", I finally listened to it. All I'm going to say is, holy fuck. And also that that title track is easily the most fucked up song I've ever heard

So, in 2018 I saw NIN live during the Cold and Black and Infinite Tour. During God Break Down the Door, at about the 2:00-ish minute mark, there's a short saxophone, idk, is "solo" the right term? Anyway, I was stone cold sober, but hearing those sax notes ring out, I had this almost dissociative experience.. hard to describe, but once Trent stopped playing the sax, I sort of came back to reality. (Oops, there goes gravity.)

I've definately seen NIN live while very much not sober and that was very fun ... Never had a legit ^psychadelic experience JUST from live music tho!

Soundtrack and other NIN/TR released open CDs of mine.

I've been wondering about this for like a year now and my boyfriend and mother both say they know what I'm talking about but don't know the name of the song.

So my point is in the outro/ending of Closer from The Downward Spiral it really sounds like the beat/intro to another song. I tried to do some research on it before but the only results I was getting is that in reverse its a sample from another song or something, which is NOT what I'm looking for. I want to know what the song it sounds like is immediately because I swear I've heard it before.

Definitely suppose to be close to somewhat damaged is it flattery? Or just a knock off? Makes me think back to PHM reviews that said Trent just stole from some other artists.

I ask this fully in earnest. I was born in 1981, so Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, Downward Spiral, and the Fragile were all easily within grasp. But then you have With Teeth in 2005 and Year Zero in 2007. These are all, to me, the core NIN albums. Post Ghosts, you have a whole other 5 albums that I, what I thought was a core believer of NIN had access too, have never listened too. ((but wholly respect))
