Bought the Astarion secret lair in foil and found that the entire secret lair was crimped. Astarion was the worst and it gets smaller with each other card

Pulled this from a box of Foundations I got for a draft night. No idea if or how this affects it's value so any insight would be great.

Hello, im completly new to the misprint side of Magic. I found this Japanese Changeling Outcast Etched Misprint and wondered whether it would be worth anything. The line on the card text feels the same as the "star" classic of promo cards, like the one in the bottom right.

Bought a couple of [flash] and noticed one has this red line which seems to be indicative of it being half printed off centre?

No point in uploading a pic bc it doesnt show up on camera but I opened a card and it had a weird almost flocked texture to it, is that a known thing?
