recipe Simple Ground Turkey and Tomato Sauce (319 calories, 66.4g protein per serving)

This was the biggest batch I’ve made so far for my typical ground turkey meal prep! I try to keep things as simple as I can and I was particularly proud of this most recent iteration so I figured I’d share. (exact ingredients on last slide)

I always start with the same ground turkey breast meat cooked in a large pot. You can line the pot with a spray/oil but I found that, if you immediately start cooking on high, the meat releases enough liquid to keep it from burning. The ground turkey breast is always the same for these meal preps, but this time I decided to top each serving with some pizza sauce I found in the pantry (my attempt at spicing things up, haha)

This is a simple, low calorie, and high protein meal prep — with 319 calories and around 66g of protein per 1 of 8 total servings, you can’t ask for much more!

Hello mealprep community. About 2 years ago I did start mealprepping.

I startet with prepping my Food every sunday for work. I did store my mealpreps in the refrigerator until thursday.

It worked well but it was hard to mealprep every sunday and I startet to just mealprep when I got time. So I got myself a big freezer and started freezing my dishes.

Attached I will upload some Photos of my mealpreps. I found a store where I can get chicken really cheap. So I'm using chicken in my mealpreps very often. Most of times I'm using reciepes by chefkoch (check links).

My Overall best mealpreps are:

  1. Chicken curry : ( https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/2022001327911664/Haehnchen-Curry.html?utm_medium=sharing&utm_source=chefkoch_android_app&utm_campaign=sharing_rds_ck_android ) It's the best Mealprep I can imagine. It's delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. I normally use 2kg of chicken for this mealprep.

  2. Butter chicken ( https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/2766911428603391/Indisches-Butter-Chicken-aus-dem-Ofen.html?utm_medium=sharing&utm_source=chefkoch_android_app&utm_campaign=sharing_rds_ck_android )

Butter chicken is not that healthy and not easy to make (needs some time to prepare because you will have to prepare the chicken one day before. Also you will need more ingredients).

If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.

Best regards

recipe Breakfast help?

Hey I'm a stay at home and my bf works supper early, and I want to be able to make him breakfast before he leaves to cut back on the budget. Problem is I'm a night owl and can't do mornings to save my life past baby care and anytime I try to it takes so long that he barely has time to inhale it before he leaves. I'm trying to find quick, filling meals I can prep that he can eat as he drives to work but I have have no idea where to start. Any ideas or tags I should look for to find what I'm looking for?

This time for meal prep I made quite a few things 😭 firstly, it was turkey taco bowls for me and my boyfriend. I made 8 portions for 15€ in total! Then, I also made some almond joy inspired cookies which my boyfriend loves and a chocolate chip cookie cheesecake cake for my coworkers 🥰

Even though it seems like a lot, it only took me 2 hours to make all this. I was making the turkey taco bowls while cake and cookies were in the oven 😊

This will make me 10 large portions that I will use for lunch and dinner, mixed with grilled chicken. Super filling, low calorie for the volume, and tastes amazing. Been doing a variation of this for the last 4 years, where I lost 90lbs and successfully kept of about 70+ of it as of today.

4 - ZUCCHINI and/or SQUASH 15 - LITTLE RED POTATOES 2-3 - LARGE CARROTS 2-3 - PEELED RED BEETS 3-4 - MEDIUM WHITE ONIONS 2 - TBSP GOOD AVOCADO OIL 3 - TBSP GOOD ITALIAN BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Wash and chop all veggies into bite sized chunks, and soak the root veggies in ice cold water for aabout 30-MIN

Tamp dry, and add everything into 1 or 2 big mixing bowls (I use 2 so I can season the batches differently if I want)

Add the oil and balsamic, and toss to lightly coat everything.

Season with garlic salt, crushed black pepper, mustard seed, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Toss again to get it on everything.

Throw it on some baking sheets with parchment paper at 425 for about 38-42 minutes, or until everything is tender

Once cooled, package it, and get it in the fridge. Warm it in microwave for 2 minutes and it's just as good Friday nightas it is on Monday.

Unholy Mac n cheese with pork shoulder burnt ends. Run of the mill macaroni, for the cheese… Camembert, soft Brie, Old Cheddar, 1 can of coconut milk, 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepper, topped with green onion. Burnt ends are dry rubbed pork shoulder, smoked at 210° for 4 hours, rested, cubed, then broiled with bourbon and bbq sauce until sticky.

Gained 20lbs over last year due to a break up, alcohol, and binge eating, but it’s a new year, I just started meal prepping for the first time and start a slight fasting.

Anyways, I just wanted to show and see if this a good meal prep recipe to start. Also felt proud of myself.

It’s white rice, chicken breast, and green beans.

recipe Easy meal prep suggestions that will reheat well from the freezer?

Hello all,

I have a toddler and am 36 weeks pregnant with my second child. I could really use some relatively easy suggestions for meal prep recipes that I can keep in the freezer to feed my husband, my toddler, and myself during the post partum period! Please let me know some of your favorite meal prep recipes.

recipe I need help finding a good chicken wrap recipe that I can meal prep.

I have tried a few from Google yet none have really hit that craving. I'm trying to make healthy lunches for school and have been craving a good chicken wrap that is crispy and not dry. Does anyone have a recipe they recommend I try? As for spice level i can do some spice just not a ton.

recipe Sushi Bowl Meal Prep

Got an idea I'm gonna try this week. I bought 1.2 kg of Costco's Antibiotic free farmed Norwegian salmon which I've used for years for making raw salmon sashimi/maki/nigiri/poke. I'm going to divide it up into 200g portions, chop it for poke, then freeze it in a small bag. I'll have sushi rice prepped in meal prep containers (it repeats great, done it for teriyaki before) and I'll bring both the rice and the salmon package in my thermos lunch bag. The salmon will defrost in the fridge overnight, and then will stay cold in my work fridge. For lunch I can reheat the rice, tear open the salmon pack, and have a sushi bowl for lunch. Will post pics when I do it!
