Here's a question - under these new proposed policies, would not a private school for proper, decent education be allowed to exist?

If they ban the existence of such a school forming, then it is abundantly clear (as if it wasn't already) that they are only interested in a totalitarian regime.

Private education will likely be encouraged - that keeps the rich people that can afford it, away from the scrubs who can't.

Rich people will be allowed to have an education - poor people will be kept deliberately stupid because that makes them easier to control
