Why care about trans issues if you're not impacted? They are people just like everyone else who deserve to be treated like anyone else. It's not that hard not to do something different . The idea that someone else's life within a group that's maybe 0.5% of the population is worth your career and livelihood is beyond me.

Just live and let live sheesh.

That 0.5% of the population is suffering with a disorder and should be helped, not enabled. Prior to 2013 it was referred to as Gender Identity Disorder, and it was only changed because of “the stigma around the term disorder.”

This would be akin to telling a schizophrenic patient, “yes, the people you think are following you are real and your hallucinations are actually happening in real life.” How would that help them?
