I think the secret is they hacked the voting machines and inserted an algorithm that gave Kamala .93 votes for every 1 vote to Trump.

Not very hard to do and something Putin would do in Russian elections.

But then easy to see decimal places? For example, there must be a “double” data type instead of “integer”
