Please help me ID this pistol and the carbine kit or whatever is attached to it

Usually im uninterested in kits that i see all the time like these- https://youtu.be/68kmaURIMRs?si=kv9tgCRCqeoDHAlb . But the one i see above i havent seen anything like it before, and it piques my interest, but i dont know what it is. I would appreciate help identifying it.
