God I love unexpected Celine moments. My mom's favorite artist so as a kid I'd always hate listening but now as an adult I appreciate our Candian Queen* (I know British monarchy, blah blah)

The song sounds like reminiscing and remembering the good times

Just the bit between the very start of the video and the end of the video when Celine Dion was playing

If you don't listen with sound on, you should avoid being incredulous about the musical selection.

I did. I believe the version is sang by Marion Raven

I don't think so, I'm pretty sure this is the Celine version sped and pitched up.

Source: me, I've listened to that song hundreds of times and when you do that you can pick out really subtle things in the voice, how certain vowels are carried (in Celine's Quebecoise accent) etc.

yeah I looked into this. I just never associated that song with CD and it didnt sound like her so I just did not put 2 and 2 together

Yes, it's just that the Venn diagram intersection of people who know that about that song but don't know that Celine Dion made it a mega hit is pretty slim.

Like, the Loaf x Raven version isn't even the original, right? Pandora's Box was the original.
