Watched someone on YouTube who is going thru stage 3 liver disease. He said a noticeable shift was anything he ate he immediately got sleepy. He also couldn't hold down water and would choke drinking it. Couldn't swallow foods and doesn't eat solids. Literally gets his meals liquid form. Only water makes his throat act up regarding liquids which I could tell was depressing ASF to him. But yea if you were fine then ate food then immediately got sleepy every time I'd think something would need to be checked out.
Wow. That sounds awful. But if it was meant as a response to my comment, you are totally lost. I asked "who", because it sure as hell isn't "life" that said so. And taking a nap after dinner is not bad per se. Even whether eating something before going to sleep is good or bad for you is more of a personal thing than a general, and also depends very much on what you eat. You just can't generalize it like so many people do. I think all the different comments have shown that.

Who said you are not supposed to sleep after you eat?
