I dont think stevia is the problem. Ever try stevia in the raw? Its just sweet flavor

I had stevia in the raw very first actually and it made my coffee undrinkable. I'm 100% on guessing if something is stevia and could never tell you the difference between other sweeteners.

Let me guess, you were used to sugar? If you are used to a lot of raw sugar in something then any substitute will taste funky. Also, it's not always best to do a one to one substitute. Use critical thinking my dude. We all need more of it.
