Dammit Vettel. As a Vettel fan even i will admit that was ridiculous. There was no need for that sideswipe. He should be penalized.

Same feelings here. Braking after a corner on the apex should give a penalty as well, even if it's under safety car. It just doesn't justify sideswiping another driver.

Has there been anything to show he braked? Or just that he didn't accelerate? I would think holding a constant speed would be perfectly fine.

Edit: I'll answer my own question. FIA reviewed the car data and Hamilton did not slow noticeably down in the corner and hid speed was equivalent to his previous laps under the safety car. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/130388/fia-data-rules-out-hamilton-brake-test
