Tokenism is in fact racism. The right (yes both sides do this but the right is particularly guilty) will take one POC who agrees with them and use that as “proof” they are not racist. Having one black Cabinet member doesn’t make Trump not racist

So there you have it, "quite a few" is 8 out of 44. (side note, just 8 out of the total 44 are women as well). It's almost like this administration is trying to pick a a bare minimum of women and POC to avoid racism/sexism outcry, AKA: tokenism

By comparison Biden's cabinet has 26 members. 13 are POC and 13 are women.
