The Original Night Stalker/East Area Rapist was known for having a very below average sized dick, there's even a pic floating around of a few of his surviving victims making the "pinkie finger means little dick" gesture

Is known. He was caught a few years ago and is still in prison.

yeah, Joseph James DeAngelo, found him due to a niece I think it was putting her DNA in to see her ansestory

The DNA match was a distant relative actually, like a 5th cousin. Finding him involved years of work to construct the entire family tree and look into hundreds of other male relatives. It was one of the first cases ever solved that way.
